A bike fit can help you ride longer, faster and in greater comfort through adjustments to your riding position. We’ve teamed up with Total Fitness Bath to give you the the chance to win a BG FIT.
BG FIT – or Body Geometry Fit – is a fit system that enables the fitter to analyse an individual’s needs and adjust their bike based on their unique body characteristics, experience level and cycling goals to maximise comfort and performance.
Total Fitness Bath’s qualified BG Fit technician is Paul Shenton. Paul has been at Total Fitness since July 2005, initially as a shop assistant/part-time mechanic but he is now shop manager and completed the Specialized BG Fit course in 2009, passing the assessment test in May 2010. Since then Paul has completed more than 50 BG Fit’s for Total Fitness customers.
