The Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 is the UK’s biggest and most popular sportive, with this year’s edition, set to take place on Sunday July 31, once again sold out – but we’ve got 50 places up for grabs courtesy of Continental Tyres – the official tyre of Prudential RideLondon 2016.
RideLondon is in its fourth year now and the Olympic legacy events sees more than 10,000 riders tackle a 100-mile route, similar to that of the London 2012 road race, on closed roads.
The course starts at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and takes riders through the heart of London on traffic-free roads, before heading out into the Surrey countryside for the climbs of Leith Hill and Surrey Hill. The route then turns back to London for a grandstand finish in front of Buckingham Palace on The Mall.
The sportive is part of the RideLondon festival, which over the course of the weekend also includes a FreeCycle for families, and the men’s Classic professional road race and the women’s Classique equivalent, who’s King of the Mountains and Sprint competitions are both presented by Continental Tyres.
If you want a place on the start line – and you can take a friend, too – then all you have to do is enter the competition below to be in with a chance. Good luck!
