Matt Brammeier won the Irish national road race title for a third consecutive year last month.

A Liverpudlian by birth, Matt rides in cycling’s elite WorldTour with the Belgian Omega Pharma-QuickStep squad of Classics king, Tom Boonen.

Last year, Matt rode alongside Mark Cavendish at the now disbanded HTC-Highroad squad, and now finds time between competing in cycling’s most prestigious races to write a blog for RCUK.
