The mighty Lotto Belisol will roll out from Leeds today among the favourites to snatch a sprint victory in Harrogate and claim the opening stage of the 2014 Tour de France.
The Belgian squad’s lead out train is widely considered the best in the business and will be seeking to deliver Andre Greipel, the German road race champion, to the line first on every flat stage.
And you could share in the team’s success, courtesy of RCUK and Lezyne, tool supplier to the UCI WorldTour squad.
Mechanics from Lotto Belisol will be using a custom edition of Lezyne’s CNC TravelDrive, finished in an elegant red and blue colour scheme.
If you’re heading to the Tour this summer, keep your eyes peeled for this special edition unit, and send us your photographs, telling us when and where you spotted the pump.
Were the mechanics in a Yorkshire hotel, making final preparations for the Grand Départ? Perhaps you saw them checking pressures before the cobbled fifth stage from Ypres to Arenberg? Or making sure their riders would complete the Tour on the final stage to Paris? Think of it as professional cycling’s Where’s Wally!
The CNC TravelDrive, as the name suggests, is beautifully manufactured from CNC-machined aluminium. The neatly designed Flip-Thread Chuck makes it a versatile unit, able to inflate tubes with Presta or Schrader valves. There’s a Speed Chuck included too, making it ideal for use with disc wheels.
You’ll want to keep the CNC TravelDrive’s anodized and highly-polished finish in pristine condition, and it comes in a canvas back and the Lay-Flat design makes it easy to store.
Send your photographs to [email protected]. We’ll host them in a special gallery on our Facebook page and announce a lucky winner on Monday July 28.
