Vacansoleil-DCM and Quick Stepwill wear BBB’s new Select glasses during the Tour de France.

As well as combining a smart and contemporary frame design, the Select’s are available in three standard colours, white, black or neon yellow, with smoke, MLC or PH lens and temples. An additional range of temple pieces and lens colours can be bought to tailor the look.

The teams will undertake the final testing of the Select sunglasses during the Tour, which starts on July 2.

And, with the feedback given by the likes of Tom Boonen, Sylvain Chavanel and Johnny Hoogerland, BBB will enter the final stage of development before the sunglasses hit the shelves at the end of the year.

BBB is distributed in the UK by Windwave. A standard Select will cost €79.95, with separate lenses approximately €25 and temples about €5. UK prices are yet to be confirmed.
