The New Year sees a new manufacturer arrive in the UK after two years technical development and testing in Italy under the direction of pro rider Danilo De Luca.
Classics specialist De Luca, banned for nine months after testing positive for CERA in May 2009, has launched the Kyklos range, to be distributed in the UK by Veroli.
Kyklos’ three road models will be officially unveiled at EuroBike 2011 at Freidrichshafen, Germany in August/September.
All three are carbon fibre and come with an integrated seat post and BB30. The 890g Featherweight Limited (£2900) and 960g Featherweight (£2700) also feature internal cable routing and a tapered head tube, while the 1030g Feather (£1760) completes the range.
Veroli will also distribute two Kyklos mountain bikes – the Hardtail Stone and the Flex Full Suspension.
And Kyklos will support a UK road racing team, with full details to be announced soon.
