dhb might be more commonly known for producing high quality clothing at affordable prices, but it’s recently turned its attention to a line of retro wool jerseys that recaptures the essence of the glory days of Belgian racing through the 60s and 70s.
The four long-sleeve wool jerseys are made from Wool-Acryl and are machine washable, with a proper steel zipper. They’re also hand made in Belgium.
GS Molteni was led by Eddy Merckx when the Cannibal dominated the professional road racing circuit; the jersey is available either in black or “Molteni-Brown.” From 1955 to 1970 the Faema team was a team to be reckoned with, with Eddy Merckx and Vittorio Adorni winning races under its coolours. The Solo-Superia team raced through the 60s and featured the ‘Emperor of Herentals’ – Belgian rider Rik van Looy – within its ranks.
