Wiggle, distributors of dhb, Lifeline and Focus bikes, have added a new exclusive brand to its portfolio in the shape of Kiron.
The label is pronounced “Kigh – Ron,” in case you were wondering how to get your lips around the name, and the new brand is spearheaded by the £1,000 Kiron Scandium. The frame is built using an Easton Scandium aluminium tubeset complemented with EC90 carbon seat and chainstays.
The pricetag might be low, but Wiggle have managed to load the frame with a spec that packs quite a wallop. Shimano 105 fills all the transmission spots save for an upgraded Ultegra rear mech. The Easton theme is continued into the finishing kit, with EA30 bars, stem and seatpost, and EA50 wheels. A Selle Italia saddle, Cane Creek headset and Pariba tyres finish the bike.
Available now from www.wiggle.co.uk with sizes from 52 to 58cm.
