Titanium and steel framebuilding specialists Enigma will be holding an open day “with a difference” at the company HQ and workshop in Westham, near Pevensey, on Saturday 24th July. Examples of all Enigma models will be available for test rides and there will be some very special offers for visitors.
As the Tour De France finishes on the 25th, the race will be showing live in Enigma’s offices to avoid the risk of missing all of the action and the staff will be laying on snacks and refreshments.
On this rare occasion when Enigma’s workshop is opened to the outside world, they will also be holding live framebuilding shows for a select few. These will include various build processes, from jig setup to tube selection and mitering etc. Builder Mark Reilly will also show how fillet brazing is carried out by brazing a frame from start to finish.
Places for the framebuilding shows will be very limited so anyone interested should apply for tickets by contacting Joe Walker at [email protected]
