Specialized S-Works Allez
Specialized S-Works Allez
The Allez is one of the most ubiquitous bikes around. You’ll see all sorts of riders sat astride Spesh’s entry-level road bike, because the price point is so competitive and it’s available from seemingly every bike shop.
But in 2013, Specialized went big with the Allez and made an S-Works version, the moniker reserved for their very top line tech. Not only that, but it’s a looker too, especially the chromed out version for 2015. This is alloy at its finest and the frame, with its filleted and smooth welds, is a work of art.
The full build of the bike comes with Roval Rapide CLX40 wheels, the S-Works FACT carbon crankset, Shimano’s Dura-Ace Di2 groupset and Spesh’s own Body Geometry saddle to complete a very nice bike indeed. The only catch is that it’ll set you back £7,500, though if you want to put together your own build then the frameset’s available for £1,500.
Price: £1,500 (frameset only)
