The fact it’s sleeveless helps in that regard (we’d recommend a sleeveless base layer for warmer conditions) and, along the flatlock stitching, ensures the base layer sits comfortably underneath a close-fitting summer jersey. At £18 this is a good value for money base layer – fuss-free but highly effective.
