Stronglight have launched the Helion chainset, based on the design of the X-Wing chainset launched last year, and it weighs just 640g.
Hollow Carbon Technology, titanium axle and Stronglight’s own Ceramic Teflon coated chainrings help to keep the weight low. Ceramic bottom bracket bearings ensure smooth running.
Available in 130mm standard format with 53/39, 51/39, 52/39 and 52/42 chainrings, 110mm compact format with 50/36, 50/crank arm lengths and a choice of 170mm, 172.5mm and 175mm crank arm lengths. SRP is £359.95.
