Time to dust off your turbo trainer, winter is upon us. And if you’re failing to find any motivation, Condor Cycles has come to the rescue with an evening dedicated to all matters turbo training.

On Tuesday 24 November at 6.20pm till 7.20pm Condor will hold an evening showcasing turbo trainers, with the chance to test a variety of entry level trainers right up to the computer based Tacx Fortius with gaming features.

“Many of our customers hang up their wheels when the frosts start to appear” explains Store Manager Greg Needham, “we’ve had lots of queries about how to beat the winter blues and that has prompted us to host a turbo trainer evening. It’s a chance for riders to understand about all the uses of turbo trainers.”

After a spin on the latest products, guests will have the chance to taste test energy food and drink as well as take part in a turbo challenge and win on the night. There will be a full range of accessories available on offer too.

Customers purchasing a turbo trainer are entitled to free delivery with each attendee provided with a turbo trainer goody bag.“The night isn’t just for those without a turbo trainer, it’s a chance for cyclists to get the most from their turbo, what to do and essential turbo trainer tips,” says Needham “they offer a controlled environment to test your fitness, hone your pedalling technique and are low impact if you are returning from injury.”
