Two weeks to go!
[series align=”left”] The Tour de France is upon us, which also means there are just two weeks to go until the 2015 Etape du Tour.
Your physical preparation is almost complete; you’ve put in the hard work, with long rides to work on your endurance and higher-intensity work to prepare for the Alpine climbs on the route to La Toussuire.
And with the Etape just around the corner, it is important now to ensure all that hard work does not go to waste.
The fifth and final part of our coaching series, therefore, focuses on those last preparations in the lead-up to the event and how to ensure your day runs smoothly.
