No, it’s not what you think. On Wednesday June 27th at 1930hrs, Islington cycle shop Mosquito Bikes will be hosting an evening with Independent Fabrication at the Queen Boadicea Pub, 292-294 St John St, Clerkenwell, London EC1. Joe Ingram from Massachusetts-based Independent Fabrication is coming over to present the IF bikes and the IF custom build philosophy.
The evening will showcase the new Independent Fabrication 953 frame; this will be the first time this bike has been seen in the UK.
As well as some really interesting stuff from Joe, Roger (Mosquito fit guru) will be discussing the Mosquito bikefit programme and how it ties in with the Independent Fabrication policy of building all bikes custom.
Guardian cycling columnist Matt Seaton (Mosquito sponsored cyclo-cross rider) will be there to receive his new Independent Fabrication Ti Planet Cross bike and talk about the joys of cyclo-cross racing. Guy Andrews from Rouleur will be on hand to chat about the magazine.
All in all it is going to be a great evening of cycling chat in a relaxed enviroment. To keep a track of numbers Mosquito needs everyone to register, so anyone interested should email [email protected]
Mosquito will reply with a confirmation email.
