Plenty of of excellent seminars are expected at the Triathlon, cycling and running show this weekend. Taking place on the 12th and 13th February 2005 at Sandown Park, Surrey, you can learn from the seminars and workshops, source new equipment, training aids, clothing, nutrition, holidays & travel and plan your year’s training and race programme.
Leading phisiologists and coaches will be there to give the talks and workshops on all types of cycling related subjects. Matt Hart, Dr. Garry Palmer, Joe Beer, Tim Lawson, Pete Bonfield and a Q & A with the Recycling.co.uk Cycle Racing Team. To name but a few…
As the event organiser point out
“Multisport and cross training has long been known to banish workout boredom, reduce injury and improve body balance, shape and fitness. At the event you will find out how triathlon with its short “sprint” and “novice” distances can provide an excellent introduction to competitive sport for all ages and fitness levels. Runners will discover much to aid training and improve personal bests and cyclists will see an unparallel display of road bikes and equipment.
There will also be a chance to try out bikes on the Giant test track, the kids can try British Cycling’s Go Ride challenges, there’s the EAS indoor time trial challenge and they’ll be some racing on Sunday too, from the Surrey League.
