Colnago’s response to the Far East |
Always a popular feature of the Southern Counties Cycling Union¹s Good Friday Meeting, the International Motor Paced race is set to return on March 21st.
European Motor Paced Champion Timo Sholz from Germany returns to Herne Hill with his pacer Peter Baeurlein to contest the 22 kilometres race, which he won last year. His compatriot Florian Fernow will be paced by past World Champion Karsten Podlesch at this gruelling discipline.
Two pairs from Holland are scheduled to ride as are a pair each from France and Belgium. The British challenge is headed by Plowman Craven’s Simon Gaywood, who is paced by Derek Marloe. They are supported by James Holland-Leader, paced by Colin Denman.
Feel the earth move as the Triumph Thunderbirds roar around Herne Hill!
