After a successful debut in 2008, the Gore Bike Wear Sportive Series is back for 2009 with three dates in Wales and Scotland.
As a long standing supporter of the MTB-Marathon and title sponsor to the Gore Bike Wear Road Sportive Series, GORE are continuing their support for 2009. – 4 July 2009 in Llanwrtyd Wells, Wales There’s a choice of three routes. Classic, 90-100 miles, taking in the best road climbs that Wales and the Scottish Borders have to offer. Standard, 40-50 miles. And for the Scottish round only an additional Extreme 120 mile option. The courses are fully marked but every rider will get a small ‘backup map’ in case marking is not 100% clear or gets damaged or removed. Around the course energy food sponsor High5 will be present with energy drinks, bars, and gels as well as with bananas and water. Alongside the energy backup, mechanics will be out there to help everybody with any technical problems. Find out more and enter now at www.gorebikewearsportives.com.
