Following on from the success of last year’s dramatic inaugural event, the ride will take place on Easter Monday, 13 April 2009.
There are two routes on offer: 114km and 55km. Both routes will be fully signposted, and any pain should be eased by the beautiful views of idyllic countryside dotted with duck ponds and thatched cottages. The longer distance will pass through the villages of Good and High Easter, and will include a feed station at the halfway point.
Entry is strictly limited to 300 riders and there has already been considerable interest so please book your place now if you would like to join us on the day.
Fairlop Waters Country Park provides free car parking, as well as café, bar and restaurant facilities. It is easily accessible from the M25, M11, the North Circular and major A roads.
