Surrey 100 cycling challenge

The Surrey 100 is a brand new fund-raising cycling event aimed at all cyclists who are prepared to ride 100 miles for the national charity, Action Medical Research.

Starting and finishing in Guildford, the stunning circular route tackles some of the most challenging aspects of the Surrey Hills as the North Downs provide a dramatic backdrop. The ride will take you through beautiful countryside, passing Waverley Abbey and Amberley Castle before putting your pedal power to the test over the infamous Box Hill and Leith Hill. The route has been kept as rider friendly as possible, and although some hills are to be found along the way, the descents will feel amazing!

Riders can take part in the event safe in the knowledge that there will be all necessary support to help participants complete the distance.

The Surrey 100 ride takes place on Sunday 19th July 2009. The entry fee is just £25 and includes a delicious lunch at the Action Medical Research Head Office, where you can meet our friendly team. There are also refreshments en-route, a Surrey 100 T-Shirt and of course a medal for all your hard work on behalf of Action Medical Research.

To take part please visit the Surrey 100 website or for further information you can email [email protected].
