If you’re in or near Holborn, London on 8 May make sure to check out CycleSurgery, where Olympic Champion Victoria Pendleton will be taking part in an exclusive signing.
Organised by Oakley UK, the event will give you the chance to meet and greet Victoria Pendleton as she promotes two special edition Breast Cancer Care sunglasses that have been added to Oakley’s eyewear collection.
The Lavender Trust raises money specifically to fund Breast Cancer Care’s information and provide support for younger women with breast cancer. Oakley UK will donate £10 from the sale of each pair of glasses to the Lavender Trust. In addition, Oakley UK’s female athletes and embassadors, including Olympic Champion Victoria Pendleton, will be wearing their breast cancer awareness sunglasses to promote these charity editions in 2009.
The signing will take place from 3pm on Friday the 8 May at CycleSurgery’s Holborn store.
