How hard?: Group 1: steady pace. Group 2: experienced riders only

Meet: Little Chef outside Little Eaton just off the A38
Time: 6.45 from September through to the start of the evening time trials in Spring (see website) – route is lit by streetlighting but you’ll need lights for safety.
How hard?: 2 groups – starts all together steady – splits at 10 miles into “Steady” and “Fast” groups.
Distance/hrs: 20 miles steady group. 28 miles fast group.
