The 102nd Tour de France is all set up to be one of the most enthralling yet, and that is a view shared by Irish legend Sean Kelly.
Kelly, a four-time winner of the Tour de France green jersey and five-time stage winner, will be commentating on the race for Eurosport – who are showing all 21 stages live.
And he is eagerly anticipating the four-way battle for the yellow jersey between Chris Froome (Team Sky), Alberto Contador (Tinkoff-Saxo), Nairo Quintana (Movistar) and Vincenzo Nibali (Astana).
Kelly, 59, started 14 Tours during his illustrious career, completing the race on 12 occasions and finishing inside the top ten overall on four of those.
So when he speaks on the subject, he does so with authority – and we caught up with him to find out his top predictions for this year’s race.
