Alejandro Valverde bids to seal a third La Fleche Wallonne victory on the Mur de Huy on Wednesday, as the Ardennes Classics gather pace ahead of Sunday’s Liege-Bastogne-Liege.
A revamped final circuit, which now features the Cote de Cherave just 5.5km from the finish, and a star-studded line-up of riders means the race is wide open however.
So who will be victorious on the Mur de Huy on Wednesday and who will be going into Liege-Bastogne-Liege, the season’s fourth Monument, with much to prove?
