Cannondale Pro Cycling had a busy winter, with some big personnel changes on the bike in a bid to get back to winning ways after a lean 2015.

Out went Ryder Hesjedal and Daniel Martin, and in their place arrived Rigoberto Uran and Pierre Rolland, alongside a host of other new faces.

And as all pro teams did to kick-start the year, the team upped sticks and headed for some warm weather winter training.

Cannondale’s destination of choice was the Costa Brava, and Media-24 went along to find out what goes on behind the scenes on a training camp.
