Originally designed and created for a design competition to promote cycle commuting, such was the response that the creators decided to build a working prototype.

Built to “determine the technical feasibility of the idea,” the proof-of-concept prototype “shows its performance in real world situations is best when lighting conditions are at their worst, improving safety in the most critical situations.”
