If you’re anything like us then you’ll have set yourself a big goal this summer.
Maybe you’re signed up to the RideLondon-Surrey 100 sportive or the Etape du Tour? Perhaps you’ve pencilled in your first century ride? Or you’ll be pinning on a number and racing for the first time?
Summer is the time to realise those goals and put the hard work you’ve got under your belt so far to good use. Few feelings beat the satisfaction of setting a two-wheel target, training for it and completing it.
