The eyes of the cycling world will turn to Yorkshire when the Tour de France rolls into town on Saturday July 5, and if you want to be in tip-top shape when your heroes roll up, the Seacroft Wheelers Reliability Trials is a great place to start.
Two routes are available, with entry open on the day and costing just £3 per rider.
Starting and finishing in South Milford, the longer 80km route takes in Towton, Tadcaster and Wetherby before heading towards Sherburn via Herwood Bridge and the medium-difficulty climb of Weardley Bank.
The shorter 50km route starts and ends in the same place, but heads instead towards Towton and Stutton before rejoining the longer route at Bramham.
