Keep on riding
While the end of summer may be a tempting time to wind down after a busy few months of riding, sportives and racing, there are plenty of ways you can extend your season into autumn.
After all, having built up your fitness over summer, you don’t want that form to go to waste by cutting your riding down to just the odd weekend club run or ride to work as the leaves begin to change colour.
