Bicycle connoisseurs are set to flock to Leeds this weekend for the inaugural Yorkshire Bicycle Show, to be held in historic Leeds Town Hall.
The three-day show, which opens to press and industry today at 5pm, and to the public at 10am tomorrow, numbers some of the most respected names in cycling among its exhibitors, including Feather Cycles and Reynolds.
A host of artisan builders, including Baldwin Titanium, Brother Cycles, and Titchmarsh Cycles, will also be showing their wares in the splendid Victorian surroundings of Leeds Town Hall.
RoadCyclingUK.com and our sister site, Total Women’s Cycling.com will be at the show, giving away free goodie bags, and have joined forces with the organisers to offer a two-for-one entry deal that allows anyone buying a ticket to bring a friend for free.
RCUK will be hosting a series of live talks with some of the exhibitors, including framebuilder, Ricky Feather, Reynolds tubing boss, Keith Noronha, and wheel builder, Dylan Thomas.
Sam Hodgson and Tom Cutting, the design duo behind Mark Cavendish’s CVNDSH logo, will also be taking part in the live discussions, giving the inside track on what it’s like to work with one of the biggest names in cycling.
The show opens at 5pm today, and 10am on Saturday and Sunday. Day tickets cost £5.
