UCI WorldTour: transfers round-up – part two

Edvald Boasson Hagen leaves Team Sky after five years; Ivan Basso heads to Tinkoff-Saxo

While his Team Sky team-mates were spending another day on the front of the bunch at the Vuelta a Espana, Edvald Boasson Hagen was preparing to life away from the British team next season.

Former Norwegian champion Boasson Hagen, who has been with Sky since their inception in 2010, will join MTN-Qhubeka next season, as the African team confirmed yesterday.
