The Wiggle Super Series will return with 20 events in 2011.

Both road sportives and MTB events will take place throughout the year, with the first free to enter.

The No Excuses Sportive on March 27, near Grafham Water, will be limited to 1,000 riders, none of whom will have to pay an entry fee. However, if you sign-up and don’t show up, you’ll be charged £25 – with all profits going to charity.

A Super Series Season Pass has been introduced with two options: the Sportive Pass and the Mountain Bike Pass. Strictly limited to the first 100 riders to apply, the passes will give riders automatic entry into all events and cost less than half the price of buying entries individually.

The Mountain Bike Pass includes entry to all five MTB events and costs £62.50 compared to £125 if all events were entered separately. There’s also an early bird incentive: book any event more than 6 weeks in advance and riders will receive a free High5 Race Faster pack worth £12.

Organiser Martin Barden said: “We’re really excited about the 2011 Wiggle Super Series. This year proved to be a massive success and we saw many riders returning time and again to take part in our events.”

All events in the series include well stocked feed stations, mechanical support, chip timing, marked courses, massage, bike wash facilities and finishers’ medals.
