Fancy seeing how tyres are made? You’ll need to if you decide to enter Continental’s current competition, which offers a member of the public the chance to vist the German firm’s Korbach plant. This is where all high-end Conti cycle tyres are manufactured and opportunities to visit are generally available only to members of the cycle trade.
The visit will comprise a two-day round trip to Korbach over 17th and 18th January 2012 and will include air travel, food and accommodation. All it takes to enter is a visit to Conti’s Facebook page, where you’ll be asked to explain why you wish to see a tyre (or two) being made.
The winner will need to be 18 or over and a UK resident with valid passport.
