Riders with questions on training, nutrition or gear can ask sportive guru and RCUK columnist Mike Cotty in an online Q&A from 8-9pm on Monday March 3.

Mike, who has tackled some of the world’s toughest sportives including La Marmotte and the Etape du Tour (where he has been the top British finisher in both), will answer questions on anything from climbing, to pacing, to descending on Media-24’s Facebook page.

The Q&A session will see Mike share some of the experience which has helped him take on extraordinary rides including his non-stop 677km epic through the Alps, from Evian-les-Bains to Nice, in August last year.

Mike will be online to answer questions for an hour, with anybody wanting advice encouraged to post their question in the comments box on a post he will publish on the Media-24 Facebook page shortly before 8pm on Monday.
