Astonishingly light (sub 13lbs!) and astonishingly expensive, this is Seven’s 2006 Aerios and has been completely redesigned for this year, now with “enhanced torsional stiffness” for quicker acceleration and more surefooted descending. Featuring compact geometry and proprietary tube butting technology, the Aerios is specifically designed for ultra-light weight.

Seven are billing this bike as a “climber’s dream” and the obvious choice for lighter riders and the weight obsessed. It’s made from Cirrus TC™ Ultra-butted 3-2.5 titanium tubing, specifically engineered for light weight. Ultra-butting varies the wall thickness over the length of the tube, shaving weight wherever possible.

This is just a sneak preview and a full test will be available soon (something tells me I may have to go on a diet first) The wheels will have to be swapped but it will be pretty much as you see it here.
