HOY Vulpine to launch at the London Bike Show
The debut HOY Vulpine clothing range will be officially launched – and available to buy – at this week’s London Bike Show – but here’s a sneak peek to whet your appetite.
The collection sees Vulpine branch out in to performance road clothing in a joint venture with six-time Olympic gold medallist Sir Chris Hoy, with a selection of commuter-focussed clothing in an initial range which has men’s and women’s options for each piece. Autumn/winter kit and kids clothing is also in the offing.
“We hope we’ve designed cycling apparel cyclists want to wear, not feel they have to,” said Sir Chris of the understated ten-piece range, which includes the Valldemosa short sleeve jersey and the El Toro bib shorts. “The idea is that each piece of clothing is something you look forward to wearing, that does the job and that you feel good in.”
We’ve already shared the story behind HOY Vulpine, so now it’s time to take a closer look at the clothing. You can see it for yourself at the London Bike Show, which opens at the Excel Centre on Thursday.
A first release of the complete range will also be available buy, with online orders open from 9am on February 12 on vulpine.cc. Sir Chris will be signing autographs on the HOY Vulpine stand at the London Bike Show on Saturday February 14.
So without further ado, here are five highlights from the range.
