Nuun created the first electrolyte hydration tablets ten years ago and are celebrating a decade in the business by launching five new flavours.
If your not familiar with Nuun, it’s a tablet about the size of a 2p coin which you pop into a 500ml bottle of water, with the idea that it keeps your electrolytes – the salty stuff you sweat out – topped up, helping to reduce headaches, cramping and fatigue. There’s no sugar and Nuun say the light taste “fuels the subconscious drive to drink”.
The introduction of strawberry lemonade, grape, lemon tea, fruit punch and tropical increases the total number of flavours to 11, with six old favourites – lemon and lime, tri-berry, citrus fruit, orange, kona cola and banana – completing the range.
Each tube costs £6 and contains 12 tablets. We’ve received a batch to test so we’ll let you know how they taste.
