Raleigh have unveiled a new clothing distribution strategy, with their efforts focussed on UK-brand Lusso, Italian brand MOA and their in-house RSP and casual CLX ranges.
MOA sits atop the range, with the Italian firm the kit manufacturer of choice for the likes of Giro d’Italia champion Vincenzo Nibali’s Astana team.
Their current range, which aims to provide WorldTour kit for amateur riders, includes the windproof and water-repellent Salmace winter jacket, which comes in around the £150 price mark.
The high-wicking, thermal jacket also features reflective panels on the shoulders.
MOA have also launched a fully customisable kit for the coming year.
Like MOA – who are fiercely proud of their ‘Made in Italy’ stamp, British brand Lusso also carry the promise of being entirely made in their own country.
Surviving on a loyal base in more than 30 years in the business, Lusso’s range includes the £95 thermal Windtex Winter Jacket.
Featuring Gore Windtex panels on the front, the jacket is available in white, black or high-vis and features a full front zip for easy temperature management.
Despite the thermal panels, the jersey claims to retain its high-wicking and breathable properties too, after the range was overhauled this winter.
Lusso’s winter range also include thermal Max Repel bib tights, which feature the firm’s double-stitched padded seat.
