With the depths of winter still upon us, the need for lights remains high and Raleigh’s RSP range has many to choose from.

The Evolve rear light features two super-bright half-watt LEDs and three angled LEDS to create a bright, wide arc which can boast 180 degree coverage.

Simple to use, the light is operated by a single button which allows users to select between three modes – two constant, of varying brightness and a flashing mode.

It also features an easy-to-mount bracket and a clip for use on bags, with the cigar-like shape of the light allowing it to be mounted, unobtrusively, either horizontally or vertically.

Completely sealed, apart from access to the battery, the manufacturers also believe the light to be highly water-resistant.

Costing £23.99, the light can be paired with the RSP RX480 front light – which unsurprisingly claims a 480 lumen output – in a £78.99 set.

Operated in a similar manner to the Evolve, the RX480 has four modes – three constant and one flashing – with the built-in USB-rechargeable lithium ion battery.
