Yet another iPhone GPS app…

Software Company Augmentra has announced that its ViewRanger GPS system is now available for the iPhone.

ViewRanger GPS is an off-road sat nav and has been designed for people who spend large amounts of time in the countryside. The application uses the iPhone’s GPS to enable users to install mapping of their choice. It also makes full use of the multi-touch swipe and pinch finger control features of the iPhone.

The ViewRanger GPS system is available from the Apple iTunes app store priced at £14.99. For more information see www.augmentra.com
