2011 Cotswold Spring Classic

Now in its third year, the Cotswold Spring Classic 2011 takes place on Easter Monday, 25th April. This year’s event will have its biggest trade presence yet, thanks to support from major UK distributor i-ride.com,  who will be bringing with them their demo fleet of De Rosa and Eddy Merckx bikes for riders to try out at the event HQ after the sportive. Along with bikes from De Rosa and Merckx, a full fleet of Campagnolo 11 speed test machines will be available, giving people the chance to try out the Italian company’s flagship range – including the range-topping Super Record groupset. In addition to the bikes, there will be plenty of other goodies on display from likes of Speedplay, Fulcrum, Continental and Northwave.

The Cotswold Spring Classic is a fully supported sportive, taking in some of the best roads and climbs the Cotswolds have to offer. The event boasts two stunning route options, neutral service support from Performance Cycles (in association with Fulcrum & Continental), well stocked feed stations, High5 nutrition, free hot food for all riders, MediBike motorcycle outriders, electronic chip timing, event photography, rider goodie bags, showers, ample parking and much more.

With a limit of just 600 riders, which is fast filling up, time is running out to secure an entry in for this year’s event. For more details or to enter, visit www.cotswoldspringclassic.co.uk
