Hell Riders has three confirmed events on its 2011 sportive calendar, kicking off on March 6.
The Spring Sportive (entry £15) is a 45-mile early-season tester from Ampthill, Bedfordshire.
The course winds through the the undulating Bedfordshire countryside, climbing through the Deer Park at Woburn Abbey. The course takes in 700m of climbing, with the midpoint feed station a welcome reward at the top of Church Road Hill in Bow Brickhill.
Hell Riders’ May Bank Holiday Sportive (£25) has a choice of 50, 80 and 100-mile routes, on May 1 from Wincanton, Somerset, while their Fathers Day (£25) event takes place on June 19 from Towcester, Northants, again with 50, 80 and 100-mile course options available.
Hell Riders events offer signposted routes, marshalls, feed stations, sag wagon, accurate timing, finishing certificates, parking and toilet facilities.
Other events are being finalised for the second half of the season, including a warm-up for the infamous Italian sportive, L’Eroica, on a historical UK route.
