The inaugural International Cyclefit Symposium, which will take place at the Design Centre, London on 25th and 26th January 2012, is a two day forum for discussion of the relationship between the human body and the bicycle.
Organised by London-based cycle outlet CycleFit and featuring from around the world a selection of guest speakers, each of whom is a leader in their particular field, the symposium will be of great value to representatives of the many different professions that involve cycling.
A unique event, the ICS is currently the only opportunity for the disparate branches of cycling science and the fitting community to come together for a collective learning experience.
Key speakers at the International Cyclefit Symposium will include bike fitting specialists, medical practitioners, coaches and trainers, academics, bicycle frame and component manufacturers and competitive cyclists.
At the end of each day there will also be a demonstration/participation fitting by an experienced technician. Comments and general input from speakers and delegates will be encouraged
