dhb Finchdean jersey £44.99
dhb reserves its most advanced fabrics for its Finchdean range, and this jersey offers good styling backed up with high performance.
The Finchdean jersey is made using Meryl Actisystem. This fabric uses an “open-weave structure” that results in a high level of moisture removal when you need it most, and it dries quickly too so you never notice the jersey getting damp with all your effort. The job of removing sweat is further enhanced by small mesh panels made from DM48 fabric placed underneath the arms.
The jersey is close fitting, though perhaps not as skin-tight as I’d ideally like. The fabric is soft next to the skin, and the generous length zip enables lots of cooling air to smother your torso on long climbs. The fabric also offers some protection against UVA and UVB rays.
All seams are of the flatlock variety, the rear of the jersey has an elastic gripper section with discreet dhb logos and three large pockets – with two smaller zipped pockets – provide plenty of cargo capacity.
