The track cycling draws to a close on the Sunday, with five gold medals up for grabs in total in the lone evening session.
Jason Kenny (England) will bid for keirin gold against team-mate Matt Crampton, with Shane Perkins (Australia), Simon van Velthooven (New Zealand) and Lewis Oliva (Wales) in opposition.
Josiah Ng (Malaysia), the defending champion, and compatriot Aziulhasni Awang have also shown good form, earning podium places as they honed their form in Australia.
Aileen McGlynn (Scotland) will again lead the home charge in the para-sport tandem time trial, while the women’s sprint finals are also scheduled for the session, for the four to have come through Saturday’s qualifying.
The final medals up for grabs will be in the men’s scratch race and women’s points race.
Former world champion Martyn Irvine (Northern Ireland) is favourite for the former, though Delhi bronze medallist Zach Bell (Canada) will hope to repeat his podium success and both Jon Mould and Owain Doull (Wales) medalled at last season’s World Cup.
In the latter, world champion Amy Cure (Australia) headlines the contenders, though Katie Archibald (Scotland) – fourth at the World Championship – and Canadian duo Laura Brown and Jasmin Glaesser are more-than capable opponents.

Martyn Irvine (Northern Ireland) – The Irishman narrowly missed out on defending his rainbow bands in the men’s scratch race at this year’s World Championships, but gold in 2013 and silver in 2014, and the world number one ranking last year, make him a big favourite to add scratch race gold to the team pursuit bronze he won in Delhi four years ago.
