Garmin-Sharp rideout

About 500 riders, including Garmin users, journalists, and team supporters rolled out last Friday (Sept 7) for a ride through the New Forest with five members of the Garmin-Sharp WorldTour team.

Sprint king, Tyler Farrar, and Sep Vanmarke, who pipped Tom Boonen (Omega Pharma-QuickStep) to win the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad semi-Classic earlier this year, were among the professional riders who rode alongside the keen amateurs.

Other attractions included a question and answer session with the team, which included Nathan Haas, Jacob Rathe, Lachlan Morton, and Steele Von Hoff, and a talk given by Cervelo founder, Phil White.

Here are some pictures of the day. To get involved in next year’s ride, follow GarminUK on Twitter and Facebook.
