We’ve already unveiled the frameset for our ‘winter’ bike build, with the Kinesis GF_Ti V2 forming the spine of our custom-built machine.
In part two of the build, we headed back to the workshop of RCUK’s maintenance expert, mechanic Jon Hayes, for the addition of steering and braking components.
Our frame will mostly be dressed in SRAM’s Rival groupset so a finishing kit from Zipp – a subsidiary company – was a natural fit and we have also used TRP’s new RG957 long drop brakes.
