Temperatures have plummeted in recent weeks, so if you’re planning to log some winter miles, you’ll need to make the most effective use of your clothing to stay warm and dry.

But in the battle between warmth, comfort and breathablity, just what is the best way to layer clothing for a winter’s ride?
