HIGH5 add Protein Hit to healthy snack range

High-protein fruit and snack designed to offer a boost as part of a busy lifestyle

Sports nutrition brand HIGH5 have extended their ‘healthy snack range’ with the launch of Protein Hit, which comes in three gluten-free flavours.

Billed as the snack ‘for your busy lifestyle’, Protein Hit packs in protein, fats and carbohydrates to reportedly offer  boost ‘even when you’re running on empty’.

It’s available in three flavours: Cacao & Orange, Peanut & Caramel and Coconut, Lemon & Raspberry, with the latter given the seal of approval from Olympic silver medallist Emma Johansson.

HIGH5 have added their new Protein Hit snack to their healthy snack range

The Swedish Wiggle-High5 rider said: “I find them really useful to sustain my energy levels when I am feeling hungry.

“I have been looking for a quick fix to add more protein to my diet and this is a healthy, convenient way to do so.”

Protein Hit contains fruit and nuts to blend fast and slow-releasing energy, while the addition of whey protein helps to support the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

The cold-pressed balls, alongside being gluten-free, are suitable for vegetarians and contain no added sugar.

Wendy Lee, HIGH5’s general manager, said: “This has already been a hit with our community of world class athletes as a healthy snack in their busy lifestyles. Protein Hit bridges the gap between a sports and an everyday product.”

To celebrate the launch of Protein Hit, you can win more than £300 worth of goodies from HIGH5 and Muc-Off. For your chance to win, just head this way.
