15. Lars Boom (Astana)
Lars Boom made Strava history last year when he became the first rider to upload a Tour de France stage-winning ride.
The stats from his epic victory on the cobbles made for impressive reading and, with the Dutchman recording an average speed of 28.5mph over the 94.7-mile course.
Boom rode for Belkin Pro Cycling in 2014 but has now joined Vincenzo Nibali’s Astana squad, and with another cobbled stage awaiting at this year’s Tour de France, he’ll undoubtedly be one to watch.
